I decided to take food shots this week. :) All of the food pictured here is gluten/dairy-free since Steve is on a special diet.
Monday: Fish breaded with rice chex and fried, with marinara sauce served with Jasmine rice. Or you can do chicken, of course.

Tuesday: Chili with lime
Wednesday: Rice crackers with dairy-free cream-cheese spread, smoked salmon and capers

Thursday: Pasta with heirloom tomatoes, mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, seasoned tofu puree (instead of ricotta cheese) and ground turkey sauce

Friday: Leftover night, so I took pictures of grapes. :)

Saturday: My dad made this delicious stuffed chicken on the grill (stuffing: artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and goat cheese), which you can leave the goat cheese out to make it dairy free.

Sunday: Sausage, onions and peppers with white rice
